Anyone Want to Start a Evening Group Play in reston/Herndon ?

My Son and I have been playing all winter, and I've been checking posts, but there are few to no tournaments, or places we can play...

So, we're thinking, folks can come to our house for 7/8PM start, done at 9PM ?

Hi Mikey,

Not sure how old your son is, but if he's over 21 then there's a group of regulars who play every Friday night at Jimmy's Old Town Tavern in Herndon. Games are usually going by 10:00pm and we play until closing time. The Tuesday night tournament at the Crystal City Sports Pub is also a good place to meet players, even if you don't intend to play in the tournament. I recommend you come out and meet some of the players before you start inviting strangers to your house. Without naming names, there are players I would hesitate to invite to my house. Plus I think you'd have more luck getting players together for home games if they knew you.

Thanks for not naming me, Kyle.  Mikey, I'm not creepy or anything, but I will tend to eat all the food from your fridge. 

Come on out to the either of the 2 places Kyle mentioned or hollar that you want to meet on a wednesday after work, and i can rally 2-3 players for pickup games.  give us heads up the friday before so the married guys can actually do their honeydo lists over the weekend and get a pass to go out on wednesday.
